Meet Becca & Brynn
Brynn and Becca met in 2007 at Texas A&M University. Their friendship has grown over the years and when the opportunity for them to team up to teach lessons together came along they jumped on it!
Becca graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Elementary education. Safety in the water, confidence and strong swimming are the goals of what she wants to teach your children. Many young swimmers come in with apprehension and nerves. Being a part of turning fears and apprehension of the water to excitement, confidence and comfortability is what motivates her to continue in this mission. She is a mom of 3 beautiful girls, and became passionate about swimming lessons after a scary swimming encounter with one of her daughters. She understands the fear and anxiety that the water can bring, and can’t wait to encourage, love on, and prepare your child for a lifetime of fun and safety in the water. Every child is different and has different needs. Her education background has prepared her to adapt to the needs that your child has.
Some of her favorite things are: Spending quality time with my husband and sweet daughters, a good audiobook, traveling to new places, singing on the worship team at church, baking, and getting a pedicure or massage!
Brynn is a dual degree graduate of Texas A & M University and has 6 years of experience teaching one-on-one swimming lessons in the B/CS area. At a young age, Brynn learned the necessity for water safety and the importance of swimming proficiency, as she grew up spending her summers in lakes of the Ozarks. She continued using that skill and passion as a boat and water safety instructor at Kanakuk Kamps during college as well. She truly enjoys teaching swimmers to grow in their confidence in such a fun and life-saving skill! Watching a swimmer who began the week fearful and unsure of themselves, become a confident and excited swimmer is the moment she waits for in every lesson.
In her free time, Brynn enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, planning lots of fun events, and real conversations over a really good cup of coffee.
